CBD Oil Facts – What is CDB Oil?

Most people think of THC when it comes to cannabis. However, there is another ingredient, free from the psychoactive effects of THC, known as cannabidiol or CBD. CBD Oil is effective but does not leave anyone with a high feeling, and does not alter a persons state of mind or impair their motor skills. CBD Oil has a promising future in helping patients who really need marijuana get the medicinal effect without affecting them psychologically. Whereas THC Pills would leave a person with some psychoactive effects, commonly known as a “high”

Even though studies have shown that marijuana use does not impair a person to the extent that heroine, cocaine, or even alcohol does, conservatives still proceed with caution because of how THC has been known to alter a persons mind. However, that argument has no basis when it comes to CBD oil. While the data is not as robust as THC studies, according to the National Center of Biotechnology Information, 4 out of 8 volunteers suffering from epileptic episodes remained almost free from the epileptic episodes while taking regular injections of the CBD Oil in a double-blind study. Only one patient saw no improvement in their condition, while none had any negative side effects in the 4.5-month long study.

CBD Oil facts

One of the biggest issues in the battle with legalizing marijuana is that people who have not suffered from illnesses that could be positively impacted by the drug do not have enough access to scientific research to show how it can greatly improve the quality of life of sick patients. Up until recently, it has been illegal to conduct scientific research on CBD Oil. However, I personally recently laid to rest a long time friend who was able to see his huge benefits (even better than when on medication) while using CBD Oil. Unfortunately, the access and information along with clinical studies were too late!

What You Should Know About CBD Oil:

Since researching CBD Oil has become available, parents of children with epilepsy are eager to learn more about the marijuana strain that has reportedly helped other children get control of their seizures. Many feel that any risks associated with CBD Oil is not as severe as a lifetime of having uncontrollable seizures, or using FDA approved drugs to control them. Research with CBD Oil has shown encouraging results for other diseases like Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy. Citizens United for Research for Epilepsy (CURE) are eager to learn more about how it can help control seizures, especially for children. More research must be done to determine CBD Oil’s long term effects and possible side effects.

Scientists have had a rather short time to study how CBD oil can help control some of these debilitating diseases when compared to drugs that have been on the market for years. While the data is promising, more research must be done in order to gain a deeper understanding of how they work and how they will effect people long term, but what is known about this drug makes it a “wonder-drug” for those actively seeking relief.

  1. i Have never tried thc pills. i dont have any pains i just like effects of being relaxed and happy. how long does a thc pill last and how many should a person take per day

    1. Hi Cathey, that really depends on a number of factors. Some thc pills may last 1 hour, some may last all day, most are probably in the 3-6 hour range from my personal experience. I would start with taking 1 low dosage thc pill per day and see how you feel. It’s always best to ask a budtender about the type of thc pill you purchase, or if you make it yourself, test half or a small amount first.

  2. ever try bhong
the bud is boiled or heated in milk for a time
don,t know details but it lasts longer
